Spent most of the day practicing trading. Had a lot of losers, but still more than a $1000 positive. Did squat tabat (15) and pull up practice. Texted Deb and talked to Inge! -

Managed 7 today. Pull up practice and tabata this morning. Listened to Master key in the car. Texted Deb, ate healthy and updated the journal. Spent quite a while on Options and CM trading and may a couple of good trades. up $610 on 3 trades. -
